Rp 4.9 T Injected to 2 BUMDs

Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD) finally ratified the bylaw on the second amendment of the bylaw No. 2/1982 about PD Pembagunan Sarana Jaya Company and bylaw on second amendment of Bylaw No. 10/1991 about Wastewater Management Company (PAL). In these bylaws, there was also agreement on additional basic capital for both companies amounting to Rp 4.9 trillion-Rp 2 trillion with details Rp 2 trillion for PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya and Rp 2.9 trillion for PD PAL Jaya.

The basic capital is deemed insufficient for business development

According to Bimo Hastoro, a member of Regional Legislation Board for Jakarta DPRD, in the bylaw about PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, its basic capital increased from Rp 200 billion to Rp 2 trillion. "The basic capital is deemed insufficient for business development," he stated, on the sideline of Jakarta DPRD's Plenary Meeting, Wednesday (7/2).

Such additional capital is used to develop project of Sentra Primer Tanah Abang and Lebak Bulus. By so, 2017 or 2018 budget is expected could have contributed to Jakarta City Budget (APBD).

He disclosed that each year, the PD Pembangunan Jaya has given contribution to the APBD where the local revenue (PAD) keeps rising every year. His party recorded, the 2011 PAD amounting to Rp 6 billion, has increased in 2012 to Rp 11 billion and then rose again about Rp 12 billion. "This year, we predict it would reach more than Rp 16 billion," he ensured.

Along 2009-2013, the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK)'s audit results had revealed the unqualified opinion (WTP). It is the same with the bylaw about PD Pembangunan Jaya, where bylaw about PD PAL Jaya also added basic capital from Rp 200 billion to Rp 2.9 billion.

He furthered change in basic base is also very important. It aims to achieve long-term work program and masterplan of waterwaste management in the zero zone of Casablanca system.

Other aims are to add production equipment, as well as zone development plan in first and two phase. It includes Gatot Subroto development on north-south side, pipeline Sudirman development, pipeline development on west side of Kuningan, pipeline development in Senayan-Asia Afrika, SCBD development, and Patra Kuningan development.
